fish foot massage in Chiang Mai

Shannon, Tim, and Heather wanted to try getting a fish massage while in SE Asia. We ended up going to a place in Chiang Mai, which turned out to be a fraction of the cost that it would have been in Ho Chi Minh City! I think we paid about $3 for 30 minutes.
