food at Mango Bay Resort, Phu Quoc

The food is good at Mango Bay Resort. I love lounging at the waterfront restaurant area around mealtime... the entire resort is incredibly peaceful feeling.

Tracy had crispy fried noodle stir fry for lunch one day...

I had spaghetti bolognese...

We both had the yummy club sandwich for lunch the next day...

But my favorite meal was the vegetable Vietnamese curry! Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

YUM! A trio of chocolate mousse!

Tracy had this delicious freshly made apple pie!

And before we left HCMC for Phu Quoc, we scoped out a popcorn lady... it made the perfect snack while on the island.

I loved relaxing on the lounge chairs on our bungalow's porch... with a book and popcorn! Perfect!
