Ms. Hue in Hanoi

My friend (and brother's fiance's mom!), Barb, lived in Hanoi for a bit and put me into contact with her good friend, Ms. Hue. We were able to meet up one morning in Hanoi before I departed for Sa Pa and we had a great time!

Ms. Hue took me shopping a bit, to a lovely cafe for lunch, and then on a mini road-trip to a nearby town called Bat Trang. She is an incredibly sweet lady and I hope to stay in contact with her : )

We went to Moka Cafe for lunch and lattes!

I really enjoyed the 40-minute ride between Hanoi and Bat Trang... I feel like I'm able to see so much from the back of a motorbike -- and it was great to get out of the city and see more of the North!
