lunch on the Mekong Delta tour

Lunch was included on the tour of the Mekong Delta. We took the boat to 'Phoenix Island' and were served elephant ear fish, apparently a local fish. A girl prepared the fish for us (which was nice compared to how I usually massacre the fish with chopsticks attempting to get pieces)... and rolled the fish pieces with veggies and greens in rice paper... then dunked in a peanut sauce. There was also water spinach, rice, and ....miscellaneous meats.
