Malacca even has it's own pirate ship you can climb in/on!
(I think it's plastic... but still...)
And there's our hotel just across the river (the big white building).
It is very common for buildings in Malacca to be extremely long and narrow (like this one)... apparently, when Malacca was under Dutch control, they used to pay taxes based on the width of a home, not the area.
