Dim Sum at Intercontinental

A group of us met at the Intercontinental yesterday mid-morning for a Dim Sum brunch. It was a lot of fun to try a ton of different dishes! For 300,000d (about $15) you can order as much as you want... INCLUDING desserts! (We each had 3... see the last picture, haha.)

This was the first round... more just kept coming and coming!

Chad has lived in a few countries in South East Asia and he's a trooper! Here, he's eating a chicken foot. (Seriously.) ...Patrice almost did but when she heard that you have to kind of eat around the bones and then spit the foot bones back out, she said it was a no-go.  :P  (It was a no-go for me the entire time!)

Mmmm our three desserts. The one on the bottom left is an egg tart (needed to be sweeter in my mind, ha!)... the brown one looks to be chocolate but is really mung beans... and the one on the bottom right is my FAVORITE... a mango pudding with pomelo pieces. A-mazing.
