Vietnam Vespa Adventures - Part 3

After the flower market in District 10, we headed to the Cholon area, which is Ho Chi Minh's Chinatown.

First stop? One of the largest Chinese temples in Ho Chi Minh.

Then Uncle Bob and I made new friends...

And from the temple we went to the large market, the Binh Tay Market, in Cholon.
(About 5 minutes inside this place was enough and then we were both itching to get out!)

  1. Thanks for all the time and effort it takes into sharing your observations. I feel as if I take a mini-vacation to Vietnam whenever I visit your blog! And...happy ex-pat Thanksgiving!

  2. Thanks Eliza! ...The blog can be time consuming at times BUT so worth it. The blog has surprised me in ways I did not expect... mostly in that it helps make me feel not so far from home... and that others can understand what I'm going through here. BUT my uncle did say that he keeps up with my blog and life here just can't be fully translated in photos, videos, or words - and I so agree! I'm glad you're enjoying it :)
